The Real Fight Is Against Apathy

RON PAUL U.S.A. | June 4, 2012

Ask yourself this question, and be honest. How would you compare your level of excitement and enthusiasm toward Ron Paul and the liberty movement today vs.
five months ago? Hopefully you are just as motivated as you were then, but I fear that most "average" Ron Paul supporters would have to admit that their ship has lost some steam. That's not anything to be ashamed of, as we are all human beings of course. What is not acceptable is to give up altogether and give in to apathy!

A revolution is a long marathon, not a sprint! It takes unbelievable will and effort to maintain momentum and bring about real change. The establishment counts on the fact that they can simply drag out the process and suck the life out of the majority of those involved in the revolution.

The other weapon they will use is to implement their agenda and take away liberties in a very slow, almost unnoticeable manner. Ron Paul has used the analogy of a frog in boiling water, which is absolutely true. We must be aware of this and continue to fight against these tactics.

Now is the time, as we head into summer, to reenergize ourselves and continue to push toward the convention in August. Ron Paul may have taken a few steps back in terms of his appearances and events, but that does not mean that we should step back our efforts as well!
