Howard Stern Discusses Ron Paul - January 8, 2008

Love him or hate him, Howard Stern tells it like he sees it more than any other media personality on earth.  He has a very loyal following, in some strange ways like

supporters of Ron Paul, which is ironic because the two men could not be diametrically opposite in terms of moral character.

Back in 2008, Ron Paul caught the eye of Howard enough so that he then discussed Dr. Paul on his radio show.  Knowing how Howard can rip apart anyone in a matter of moments, it is fascinating to listen to his impressions of Dr. Paul.  You can almost hear the respect in his voice for Dr. Paul, even though he knew very little about him at the time.  Some of his statement were very complimentary!  Of course, more recently Howard went on a rant about Ron Paul, but back then he was certainly very interested. His statements in January were not all negative, he just seemed to be going more for shock value by hurling insults and names. I think if Howard would take time to really listen to Dr. Paul's full ideas, he would come back around.
